We recognize and respect our client's privacy and the requirements of federal and state privacy laws. Part of our responsibility to our clients is to make you aware of how we use your non-public personal information ("Personal Information"), and to whom it is disclosed. This Privacy Policy provides that explanation. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time to better serve you and to comply with applicable privacy laws. Our attorney(s) and staff hold your Personal Information in the highest confidence and as such, no information will be released to any individual or entity without your express permission, except in those circumstances where Court Rules, State or Federal Laws compel us to otherwise disclose such information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access or intrusion. You should be aware that most Court records are public and information disclosed in the course of litigation may be subject to public review. The procedures and practice before most courts compel you to disclose some private and Personal Information during the course of litigation. Pursuant to Court Rules, State and Federal Laws, this information must be disclosed and as such will be disclosed by this Firm, but only as required by law. You should also be aware that in real estate transactions, your Personal Information may be shared with several entities involved in your real estate matter. These entities include your mortgage broker, mortgage lender, appraiser, title insurance company, title examiner, real estate broker as well as any third party involved in such transaction. We may not be aware what information was disclosed to any specific entity by another entity privy to the transaction. You should seek the privacy policy of all entities involved in your transaction. One of the important aspects of any real estate transaction is to record documents in the public domain. Such documents are required by law to be recorded and may contain your Personal Information.
